The community of Austin needs a day of fun and education about Chicago Ave, one of the most important streets on the West Side of Chicago. We will learn about its rich history and think about its great potential. There will be Youth-led presentations centered on urban design and its impact on Chicago neighborhoods and using that lens to reimagine the use of empty space to address community needs. Also basketball, music and prizes!
