BUILD’s volunteers are the supportive part of the “village” needed to keep young people safe, to provide engaging programs, and to surround kids with caring adults.
HELP BUILD THE FUTURE!
The generous gift of your time, your skills, your belief in young people, and your financial support make better futures happen every day.
Community partnerships
is your organization interested in partnering with BUILD? Contact us and let's build a collective and ongoing relationship for social benefits and outcomes for our neighborhoods.
Start here!
GROUP VOLUNTEERS
Group volunteers may come to BUILD headquarters to work on a service project provided by the Volunteer Coordinator. We host corporate college and high school groups, out of state groups, mission groups and more. In the past, volunteers have helped us with a painting project, organizing supplies, special events and maintenance.
BUILD MENTORS
Volunteers may contribute to our youth program by being a mentor. This can involve helping with our jewelry making club, summer camps and workshops, tutoring, intervention services and much more.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Volunteers can help with BUILD events that are listed on our calendar. Please click the link to access the calendar. https://www.buildchicago.org/events
