Important Update From BUILD, Inc.

Dear Friends and Colleagues, 

BUILD has always put the safety of our youth and our communities first, and this drives all our decisions. As a community institution, it’s also our responsibility to think bigger, and be part of collective, state-wide action to slow down the spread of COVID-19 as it threatens the most vulnerable members of our community.

Accordingly, we are joining our school and community partners and shutting down our operations for two weeks, beginning March 16th through the 29th. We plan to reopen on Monday, March 30th for regular business, but will assess the situation again at that time. Our Crisis Response teams will continue to be mobilized and respond when called. 

We will continue to closely monitor the situation, and modify our updates and safety measures as necessary – follow us on social media (BUILD Chicago on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) for all updates.
